Villas at Channel Islands

For Villas at Channel Islands, Pacific Low Voltage served as a design build contractor for all low voltage infrastructure and systems for a new development buildout. Our Cat6 infrastructure cabling and buildout of multiple server rooms served as a backbone for the facility’s amenity voice and data network, audio video system, and sitewide access control and surveillance systems. Additionally, we installed the in-unit and IDF feeder cabling, including Category 6 and RG6 coaxial cable, for the facility’s 72 residential units.
