For The Shoppes Executive Suites in Westlake, Pacific Low Voltage provided full design and installation services for all low voltage systems during a tenant improvement buildout. Acting as a single-source contractor, we delivered a complete package of technology solutions that enhanced the functionality, security, and connectivity of the space.

Our team provided all infrastructure cabling, installing a structured Cat6 backbone to support voice, data, and audio visual systems throughout the suites. This cabling foundation ensured reliable performance and the ability to scale as technology needs grow.

Security was a core focus of the project. Pacific Low Voltage designed and installed an integrated access control and surveillance system, helping safeguard tenants and property while streamlining facility management.

For communication, we deployed an Avaya VOIP voice solution and a robust firewall and data network. These systems gave tenants secure, reliable internet access and clear, modern phone capabilities.

Additionally, we integrated audio visual presentation systems for office and meeting spaces. These professional solutions made collaboration and client presentations seamless. To complete the project, Pacific Low Voltage also managed carrier service coordination and consultation, ensuring the facility had the right connections in place from day one.
