For Lighthouse Salon Suites, Pacific Low Voltage served as the design-build contractor for all low voltage infrastructure and systems during a tenant improvement buildout.

Our team installed a Cat6 infrastructure cabling backbone to support the facility’s essential technology needs. This structured cabling provided a reliable foundation for the installation of voice, data, and wireless networks, giving tenants and staff dependable connectivity. The backbone was also designed with scalability in mind, ensuring the systems can adapt to future demands.

Security was another major focus of the project. We designed and installed an integrated access control system and surveillance system, enhancing both tenant safety and operational oversight. These systems allow for better monitoring, control, and peace of mind within the facility.

In addition, Pacific Low Voltage deployed a wireless paging solution system. This feature streamlined internal communications, making it easier for management and staff to stay connected across the building.
