For The Cove at Lighthouse Salon Suites, Pacific Low Voltage served as the design-build contractor for all low voltage systems during a tenant improvement buildout.

To start, our team installed a Cat6 infrastructure cabling backbone. This foundation supported the facility’s new voice, data, and wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity for tenants and staff. The robust cabling infrastructure also provided scalability, allowing the systems to grow with the client’s needs.

We then integrated multiple security solutions, including access control and surveillance systems. These upgrades enhanced safety throughout the property while providing management with improved oversight and control.

In addition, our team designed and installed a background audio system. This feature created a welcoming environment for clients and tenants alike. We also expanded the existing wireless paging system, which had been previously installed by Pacific Low Voltage. This allowed for more effective communication across the facility.

By combining structured cabling, security, audio visual, and data systems, we delivered a complete solution tailored to the unique needs of the salon suite environment. The result was a modern, secure, and well-connected facility that supports both operations and customer experience.
