And Pico
For And Pico, Pacific Low Voltage served as the low voltage contractor for a new development buildout. We designed and installed comprehensive audio visual and automation controls for the lobby and multiple first- and fourth-floor community areas.
In addition, we implemented a full security surveillance system. Cameras were strategically placed to monitor key areas and ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
Furthermore, we installed a complete data network, including a guest WiFi network. This provides reliable connectivity throughout the building and supports all operational and resident needs.
We also integrated area of refuge call stations and completed all required cabling and data closet buildouts. These elements were carefully coordinated to work seamlessly with all other systems.
By combining AV, automation, security, and data networking into a cohesive infrastructure, Pacific Low Voltage created a modern, connected, and secure environment for the building.
Finally, the project was executed with careful planning to minimize disruption during construction. The result is a high-performance, scalable low voltage system that enhances both convenience and safety for all occupants at And Pico.
