What You Will Do

 

  • Develop and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients across commercial markets.

 

  • Conduct professional, consultative sales meetings primarily over Zoom, presenting Pacific Low Voltage's full range of low-voltage solutions including access control, security cameras, and intrusion detection.

 

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored system recommendations.

 

  • Work closely with estimators, project managers, and technical staff to develop proposals and ensure client expectations are clearly communicated internally.

 

  • Manage leads, opportunities, and client communications accurately within the company CRM.

 

  • Use Excel to track pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales reporting.

 

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings to effectively position Pacific Low Voltage in the market.

 

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Required Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology, construction, or a related B2B field.

 

  • Comfortable and confident conducting client meetings and presentations over Zoom.

 

  • Basic CRM experience for managing leads, contacts, and opportunity tracking.

 

  • Proficiency in Excel for pipeline management and reporting.

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

 

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage your own time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience selling low-voltage, security, or technology integration solutions.

 

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Verkada or Brivo — existing relationships or certifications are a strong plus.

 

  • Experience selling to commercial clients including building owners, property managers, or general contractors.

 

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical decision makers.

 

  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies.

 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
